Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator with experience in bookkeeping and stock management. The ideal candidate will handle daily office operations, maintain accurate financial records, and manage inventory to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Accounts
* Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses)
* Maintain accounts payable and receivable
* Reconcile bank statements and cash records
* Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
* Assist with payroll processing and basic tax documentation
* Support month-end and year-end financial reporting
Stock & Inventory Management
* Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
* Monitor stock levels.
* Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations
* Coordinate with suppliers and track deliveries
* Identify discrepancies and report shortages or damages
Requirements & Qualifications
* Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping
* Experience in stock or inventory management
* Knowledge of Sage accounting software
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Knowledge of Stock control software.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
* Basic knowledge of VAT and PAYE
* Experience with inventory management systems
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €31,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Wicklow Town, CO. Wicklow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
