**Job Title:** Community Support Worker

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist clients with intellectual, physical, or mental health disabilities in their communities and homes.
• Develop and implement community-based programs promoting educational, recreational, and occupational inclusion.
• Establish respectful relationships with service users, setting clear expectations and promoting honesty and transparency.
• Maintain accurate records using our online system, ensuring compliance with data protection and quality standards.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Minimum QQI Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with clients with Autism is highly desirable, or a willingness to develop skills in this area.
• Strong IT and reporting skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Full clean driving license.
