Installation Team Lead Position
As a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in window and door installation, you will lead the installation team and ensure high-quality installations of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the installation of uPVC and aluminium window and door systems to meet client expectations.
* Review and accurately follow survey sheets to guarantee precision.
* Efficiently remove existing fittings, apply insulation, sealants, and weatherproofing materials.
* Maintain a clean and safe worksite throughout each project.
* Supervise and support team members on-site to ensure optimal performance.
* Ensure tools, vans, PPE, and scaffolding are well-maintained and up-to-date.
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to achieve project goals.
* Adhere to all health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in window and door installation.
* Skilled in both uPVC and aluminium systems for efficient operations.
* Basic plastering abilities (bonding and skimming) to handle minor repairs.
* A valid full driving license is mandatory for this position.
