Senior Personal Lines Leader
This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop a team in a forward-thinking organization that's continually evolving its digital journey. As Senior Personal Lines Leader, you will be responsible for effectively managing team workloads and maintaining a high standard of morale.
You will also conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members, identify training needs, and implement development plans where necessary. Collaboration between departments and other Client Services teams is essential to ensure seamless operations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Personal Lines insurance, either in broking or as an insurer. An APA qualification is essential, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required.
A proactive and client-focused approach to problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in Personal Lines insurance, either in broking or as an insurer.
* Hold an APA qualification (essential).
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and client-focused approach to problem-solving.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* While team leadership experience is not required, the ability to work effectively with others and demonstrate strong people skills is a must.
