Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will take responsibility for a functional workstream in global transformation projects and ensure deliverables and milestones are tracked.
You will prepare and host client workshops to detect client needs and challenges related to planning and supply chain. You will gather necessary information while considering the big picture, ensuring all stakeholders are involved and aligned.
You will contribute to strategic supply chain-wide transformations that drive growth, reduce costs, and spark innovation. You will co-create and design playbooks with clients, creating documents for new ways of working on process and organizational levels.
You will provide guidance during implementation, ensuring a smooth and structured process. You will contribute to the implementation alongside clients, making transformations real.
You are responsible for follow-up of your workstream in the project to ensure client satisfaction. You are open to travel and assume a coaching role, guiding customers towards their goals.
You guide change and help carry out improvements.
Requirements
* A master's degree in engineering or economics; an MBA is a plus.
* At least 4-8 years of experience in supply chain & operations, with at least 2 years in consulting or project management.
* Experience with planning activities.
* A team player who understands their team's goal is to deliver transformation, drive growth, reduce costs, and spark innovation.

* A willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid working model.
