Job Summary
As an Insurance Sales and Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for managing sales and activity in the Cork region. Your key objectives include collaborating with the team manager on call flows, handling web enquiries, and closing sales across various products.
* Collaborate with the team manager on call flows and call volume management to optimize customer engagement.
* Guide customers through the sales journey, clearly communicating product benefits and cover options to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products, provide advice, and close sales by building strong relationships and trust.
* Support the team manager in executing targeted campaigns to boost sales performance and meet business targets.
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers by anticipating their needs, sharing relevant information, and consistently meeting commitments to drive customer loyalty.
* Resolve any queries or issues customers may have regarding quotes or policy details in a timely and professional manner.
* Work cooperatively within the team to ensure all customer needs are met by sharing knowledge, expertise, and resources.
* Contribute to meeting monthly and annual team targets by collaborating with colleagues and adhering to best practices.
