are seeking a
Technical Account Manager
for a Dublin based client. This is a permanent role which requires the candidate to be out on the field meeting with clients or to be based onsite in
Dublin West.
What will you do?
* Generate leads and develop a deep understanding of client needs.
* Provide Managed Service offerings and technical advice.
* Identify and target new potential accounts.
* Manage commercial and technical aspects to close complex deals.
* Communicate and negotiate to develop profitable business relationships.
* Provide accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts.
* Stay updated on IT services market trends and competitor offerings.
What do you need?
* IT Degree or relevant experience as an IT engineer
* Minimum 3 years sales experience with an IT background
* Experience in account management with an MSP or IT services environment
* Managing and growing accounts with €10K to €50K revenue per annum.
* Knowledge of IT best practices, emerging technologies, and new IT services/products.
* Understanding of business challenges and IT solutions.
