Job Overview:
Achieve success as a Process Engineer with our global leader in Interventional Solutions, Fluid Components, and Surgical Solutions. This role will interface directly with customers on product development and complaint investigations.
As a key technical leader within the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, supporting day-to-day operations, and delivering waste elimination initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Polymer, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing/process engineering role, ideally within the medical device or regulated industry.
* Familiarity with ISO 13485 and quality system requirements is required.
* A strong background in process improvement, waste elimination, and structured problem solving is essential. Extrusion or polymer processing experience is an advantage.
