* You will oversee operational direction, manage outsourced resources, and determine the best fit for purpose service providers through procurement, tendering, and vendor management.
* Efficient succession planning and team growth to achieve optimal performance are also crucial.
* Providing exceptional customer-centric service and client satisfaction is paramount.
* Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining auditable records for all PPM activities is vital.
* Monitoring Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Defect Management (DM) activities that impact the business is necessary.
