Café Management Role
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and managing a dynamic team?
The primary function of this role is to take accountability for the café, delivering exceptional customer care, meeting operational standards to maximise sales and profitability, all while maintaining costs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading the standard of customer service and presentation in the unit
2. Developing and maintaining excellent communication skills with senior management
3. Providing fast, friendly, and efficient customer service
4. Preparing and assisting with food preparation, setting up and merchandising the counters, and taking full responsibility for all products from entry to exit
5. Developing an efficient cleaning schedule to ensure regular and systematic cleaning of equipment in the restaurant, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year previous experience in a similar environment
2. Experience managing a similar sized restaurant/corporate catering unit
3. Training on HACCP and Food Safety
4. Advanced level of English combined with a professional and polite manner
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong desire to work with coffee
6. Flexibility to work 5 days over 7
