Job Opportunity for Registered Nurses
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare delivery team, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to residents in accordance with best practice and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have a commitment to delivering high standards of care and professionalism.
* Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors and therapists, ensuring accurate documentation and recording of resident information.
* Monitor and assess the health status of residents on a regular basis, responding promptly to any changes or concerns.
* Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and care assistants, to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing records and care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
Requirements:
* A recognised Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a reputable educational institution.
* A minimum of six months postgraduate nursing experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
* Full registration with the appropriate Nursing Board (NMBI) or proof of eligibility for registration.
* A good level of English language proficiency.
* Previous experience working in elderly care or a nursing home setting is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high standards of care and professionalism.
