We are a team of Manufacturing Engineers that support the go live activities associated with new product introduction.
We have a goal of ensuring a robust manufacturing process that can consistently meet ergonomics, yield and throughout requirements.
We ensure all our work meets regulatory requirements and work with an extended team to ensure project timelines are met.

A Day in the Life Of:
Complete and update technical documentation, such as work instructions, validation protocols, and maintenance logs
Collaborate on Equipment binders (EBs), EDST, IQ protocols and PMs.
Supports and coordinates production cell set up to MPS requirements.
Ensure process is implemented with optimum First Time Quality (FTQ).
Implements relevant poke-yoke and mix up mitigations.
Supports calibration activities.
Monitors yields, critical defects, LBM & cycle time.
Works in partnership with extended Operations & Project Team ( R&D, PD, Quality & RA)
Aids with equipment installation.
Manages Operations ME activity to ensure project timelines are met.
Key Skills & Experience
Minimum NFQ level 7 Ordinary Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or related discipline.
2 years' relevant experience required in manufacturing engineering operations support.
Experience with SAP ME and Agile MAP is desirable.
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Must be able to work Evening Shift.
