Upholding exceptional customer service standards is paramount.As a Booking Specialist, you will actively coordinate maintenance appointments with drivers and handle initial inquiries from both drivers and clients. This role is integral to our Key Commercial Accounts Team, overseeing day-to-day maintenance bookings, windshield replacements, breakdowns, and related administrative tasks in collaboration with team members. Ideal candidates should possess strong self-motivation, excellent communication, computer proficiency, and administrative capabilities, with a collaborative mindset. Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
