Position: Customer Care RepresentativeSalary: 30,000 to 32,000 + 5,000 yearly bonus guaranteedLocation: Sandyford, Leopardstown (4 days on site/1 day WFH)In this role you will be offering proactive maintenance booking services for drivers and ensure our client fleet contacts stay informed about the progress. Upholding exceptional customer service standards is paramount.As a Booking Specialist, you will actively coordinate maintenance appointments with drivers and handle initial inquiries from both drivers and clients. This role is integral to our Key Commercial Accounts Team, overseeing day-to-day maintenance bookings, windshield replacements, breakdowns, and related administrative tasks in collaboration with team members. Ideal candidates should possess strong self-motivation, excellent communication, computer proficiency, and administrative capabilities, with a collaborative mindset. Prior customer service experience is advantageous. Our clients commitment extends beyond vehicles to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of the driver, ensuring an unparalleled service experience.They sound like an amazing brand, I would love to work for them What will I be doing every day?Proactively schedule maintenance bookings for drivers through outbound calls and emails, while handling inbound queries promptly and professionally.Keep client fleet contacts informed with status updates on maintenance bookings.Efficiently process and log telephone and OCM case inquiries independently and as part of a team, adhering to policies and procedures.Collaborate with our supplier network to ensure exceptional customer service.Direct vehicles to preferred supplier network for repairs.Maintain accurate fleet records, including contact details and maintenance schedules.Build long-term proactive relationships with clients and drivers, fostering trust and confidence.Sounds great, what kind of person are they looking for?Motor/Fleet industry experience preferred.Pragmatic decision-maker who can balance client needs with internal policies.Strong telephone communication skills with drivers, customers, and suppliers.Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with clients and drivers.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a polite and friendly manner.Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.Maintains professionalism, high standards, and continuous improvement in processes and procedures to enhance departmental value
