Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the production process and manage teams effectively.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring business meets its commitments and products meet quality, cost, delivery, supply, safety, and people requirements.
* This role is part of our senior management team providing strategic input to business growth and expansion plans.
* Responsibilities include day-to-day manufacturing management of teams and production facility including shipping and storage.
The ideal candidate should possess:
* A degree in Science/Engineering or a relevant qualification.
* At least 5 years of experience in senior manufacturing leadership roles with strong people-management and team-building skills.
* Metrics and continuous improvement expertise.
* Excellent communication and influencing abilities to deliver results in cross-functional team-based environments.
