Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our engineering team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design process and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented engineer to take charge of allocated projects and assigned engineers, developing their skills and expertise in the process.
* To take charge of allocated projects and assigned engineers, ensuring effective leadership, coordination, and technical delivery.
* Develop, review and approval of design documents and details, providing technical expertise and guidance where required.
* Ensure designs prioritise safety, environment, constructability, and commercial efficiency.
* Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements:
* Experience working in similar role on water projects.
* Ability to work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders developing design solutions.
* Ability to use own initiative, and problem solve.
* Strong communication skills with high level of motivation.
