About the Role
This position is responsible for overseeing a team that maintains and manages various facilities.
* Estate Management Expertise: Extensive experience in large-site maintenance, including operational knowledge of high-voltage/low-voltage systems, chilled water systems, gas systems, and fire alarm systems.
* System Proficiency: High-level PC literacy with specific experience in managing building management systems (BMS), computer-aided facility management (CAFM), and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) routines.
