A Day in the Life
The Facilities Group is accountable directly to the Parkmore Site Director, who has overall responsibility for site operations. The Facilities Group has 5 key reponsibilities: Facilities & Infrastructure, Energy Management, PMO, Soft Services (FM), and Workplace Management.
The Facilities Front Desk Admin Role fundamentally has the responsibility for fielding all Facilities daily requests, and, assisting in planning and managing the daily schedule to close out those same requests. The role also collaborates across the other Facilities' subfunctions, supporting as necessary, in the overall deliverables of the Facilities Group.

A Day in The Life Of:
As our Front Desk Admin, key responsibilities will include:
* On site by 8am each day, actively participating in the 8:15am morning meeting with Facilities & Infrastructure Maintenance and Soft Services teams to review and plan the daily workload
* Measure and record daily work progress, present the previous day's Daily Turn-In Report, and highlight team KPI performance
* Assist in daily planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for Facilities and Soft Services operations, ensuring training facilities and meeting spaces are available as needed
* Manage Facilities Helpdesk queries, support locker allocations, security access control, and badge administration
* Collaborate with Finance to track purchase orders and update monthly reports, verify contractor timesheets, and maintain the Facilities SharePoint and tier boards with up-to-date KPI data
* Support Workplace Management and reception teams with requests and reporting while upholding the Facilities Group Code of Ethics, promoting honesty, fairness, respect, and accountability
Key Skills & Experience
* Third Level 7 Qualification, with 3 years + relevant experience in a similar type of role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to collaborate effectively, work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams
* Proficient oral and written communication skills and ability to develop warm cross functional relationships
* Good organizational and presentation skills
