We are currently adding to our kitchen team here at the Kiltimagh Park Hotel. We require a full time Sous Chef. The Role for the right candidate is on a full time basis. Our dynamic kitchen team are passionate about food and using and respecting the best of our local produce is fundamental to the positionThe hotel is situated on the outskirts of Kiltimagh. It's a very busy food & beverage based business. The hotel is well known locally for its food and service. We have a Café bar/Bistro serving Lunch and dinner. Our Garden room restaurant is open for groups and family occasions and our banqueting suite hosts weddings, dinner dances etc.The ideal candidate must have experience in a busy HoteI kitchen or a high volume unit and have a passion for fresh food and service deliveryResponsibilitiesTo ensure a very high standard of food is consistently producedEnsuring that your team and their section is fully prepped for serviceContribute to new menu design and implementationGood Kitchen Management and ability to work well with othersFollow and maintain HACCP controls and procedures and AllergensAbility to coordinate muti menu choice on functions, restaurant and bar serviceA minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a high quality kitchen.Up to date knowledge of current food trends and cooking methods.Experience in a fast paced kitchen.Ambitious with a willingness to learnConsistency is keyWe cannot provide full time accommodation for this roleA current work permit is required we will not be seeking any applicationsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €32,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
