We are looking for an experienced
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Architect / Pre-Sales Specialist
to join a fast-growing digital transformation team.
This is a client-facing role where you'll use your expertise in enterprise business applications, CRM, Power Platform, and AI-powered solutions to help organisations reimagine how they engage with customers.
You'll work alongside sales, consulting, and delivery teams to shape solution strategies, influence key stakeholders, and deliver technical leadership throughout the customer journey. Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Technical Engagement
* Act as the technical lead during customer engagements, driving opportunities through solution design, demos, and technical validation.
* Build trusted relationships with CxO and senior stakeholders, clearly articulating business value and solution benefits.
* Run discovery workshops to understand customer needs and map them to tailored solution strategies.
Solution Strategy & Design
* Architect and present Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and AI-led solutions that address industry challenges and deliver measurable business value.
* Lead proof-of-concepts, pilots, and workshops to validate approaches and reduce risk.
* Translate requirements into detailed technical close plans, migration paths, and deployment strategies.
* Champion the use of AI-powered tools (such as automation and copilots) to deliver differentiation in the market
Competitive & Market Awareness
* Stay current with business applications, competitor offerings, and emerging trends to position solutions effectively.
* Provide insight and recommendations that help increase win rates in competitive opportunities.
* Collaborate with partners, ISVs, and the broader technology ecosystem to extend solution impact.
Collaboration & Delivery
* Work closely with account teams, customer success, and delivery units to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales into delivery.
* Define deployment approaches, KPIs, and success measures for customer engagements.
* Share best practices, frameworks, and technical assets with the wider technical community.
