Role: Manufacturing Coordinator

Salary: €32,000 - €35,000 depending on experience
At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Manufacturing Coordinator to join our client’s growing team based near Athenry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing and Installation Coordinator to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:
* Liaising between the internal manufacturing department and clients to ensure on time project delivery.
* Coordinating all aspects of product installation from beginning to end.
* Communicating with clients to schedule installation appointments and assess their needs.
* Maintaining detailed records of installation projects, including schedules and customer feedback.
* Working closely with installation teams to ensure they have the resource needed for each job.
* Support the Process Engineer and the Contract Manager in meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
Experience you need:
* Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in Window installations or related fields.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
* Proficiency with CRM software is a plus - Odoo ERP knowledge an advantage but not essential
* Knowledge of installation processes for windows and rooflights is advantageous
