Energy Efficiency Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Energy Efficiency Project Coordinator.
About the Role:

As an Energy Efficiency Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Energy Services Team, assisting with data acquisition and desktop analysis of energy trends, scheduling energy audits, and accompanying engineers on site visits.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing full administration support to the Energy Services Team
* Assisting with data acquisition and desktop analysis of energy trends ahead of site visits
* Scheduling energy audits for the Energy Engineers
* Accompanying engineers on occasional site visits and meetings
* Keeping meeting minutes and setting agendas ahead of internal meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A third-level qualification in Business Administration, Technical Administration, Engineering or a relevant area
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration and scheduling
* Excellent IT skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
* Strong knowledge of Share Point
* Meticulous attention to detail, with a desire to take initiative and be proactive
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high levels of professionalism
