Your Opportunity
You don't need previous recruitment experience to become a fantastic recruiter! Utilising your existing sales knowledge and backed by our leading Learning & Development programs, you will become the market specialist in your healthcare division and position yourself as the go-to person for your clients and candidates.
Your role will include:
* Utilising our superb network and brand, you'll work with healthcare professionals and healthcare providers across Ireland to develop a deep understanding of the sector and the workforce needs to make impactful placements.
* Presenting our recruitment services and solutions, highlighting the value and benefits of partnering with Access Healthcare.
* Proactively sourcing and attracting high-calibre healthcare professionals through various channels.
* Conducting thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure suitability for specific roles.
* Working with purpose and with a strong focus on customer care.
About You
* A proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs (in any sector)
* Exceptional relationship management skills, able to build long-lasting relationships, over the phone
* A commercial mindset, able to present recruitment services and solutions to potential clients
* An expert at proactively sourcing and attracting high-calibre candidates through various channels
* Resiliency, striving for excellence and being a curious person who explores new ways of doing and drives opportunities.
