Due to a period of high growth we are looking for a highly commercial HR Business Partner who gets how a business should be run. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a digital healthcare company who truly makes a difference in the world. You will be an integral part of the scaling of our rapidly growing organisation. You will have a strong work ethic and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and succeeding in an ever changing high growth environment having experience in all areas of HR including recruitment.Responsibilities:Align to a department to provide commercial, budget, recruitment, coaching, ER Advice, carry out ER processes and any other people support neededCollaborate with your department leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR solutions that support business objectivesWork with the existing people team on change management initiatives to support business transformationAnalyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on HR-related mattersMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs and recommend actions based on data analysisLead initiatives for employee development, career progression, and succession planningSupport our Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment of new colleagues Provide general support on all aspects of Organisational Development such as ensuring expedient time to hire, productivity, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, career paths, coaching & mentoring programmes, policy, process, systems, compensation & benefits and training & development Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner role or similar capacity.
