Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced hotel operations professional to lead our 4-star hotel in Cork, Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, with a strong focus on food and beverage management.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Oversight of all hotel departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
2. Development and implementation of operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity
3. Management of food and beverage services, including menu planning and inventory control
4. Maintenance of high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
