We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Ireland region.
This home-based role involves developing and growing the regional market by identifying and selling technology solutions to the construction infrastructure services sector.
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for achieving revenue and profit targets, managing expense budgets, and maintaining strong customer relations.
* Strategic Planning: Develop a territory sales plan, plan sales activity daily, weekly, and monthly, and report using an internal CRM system.
* Opportunity Management: Identify, manage, and close new and existing opportunities within the region.
* Collaborate with OEM and Strategic Sales teams to identify new business opportunities.
* Product Demonstration: Showcase the features and benefits of Trimble's Construction Infrastructure products to existing and potential customers.
* Consultative Sales: Build positive relationships with leading regional customers through key account management.
* Forecasting: Deliver regular and accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
* Goal Achievement: Work diligently to achieve company objectives and goals, striving to improve results.
* Market Analysis: Monitor and report on market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, specifically with customers.
