Applications are invited for the Permanent position of Credit Controller in St. Vincent's Private Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthen our revenue cycle by improving cash flow, reducing receivables, and ensuring accurate, timely billing and claims submission. The role focuses on optimising Billing-to-Collections processes, driving automation and digital workflow improvements, and enhancing the use of existing systems while leading the implementation of new system developments.
Essential Criteria
3/5 yrs working in a credit control position.
Effective leadership and skills that motivate and involve a team including performance-
management for a high-performing culture;
Ability to deliver developmental feedback and support the career growth of team
members to aid retention.
A record in change management, performance improvement and with a results-
orientated focus.
Experience working in a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of
compliance requirements
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience working in a hospital or private medical insurance environment
Knowledge and understanding of private medical insurance industry
