HR Operations Lifecycle Specialist - EMEA - IrelandLocation: DublinEmployment Type: RegularJob Code: A105199ResponsibilitiesEnsure legal compliance by managing and implementing applicable human resource local requirements for the local market in Ireland, with potential extended remit to additional countries within Europe.Be responsible for vendor management to improve operation and service quality, efficiency and experience (e.g., benefits vendors).Committed to building good and harmonious employee relations.First point of contact for any employee queries. Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end-to-end HR solutions to solve their issues.Design and recommend enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing HR processes and procedures.Support employee life cycle management processes such as on‑boarding management, termination, personal data changes, internal transfers, leave management & benefit operations including relevant documentation and employee file management in accordance to local legislation.Support relocation, immigration and other responsibilities related to staffing administration.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsRelevant training/degree and experience within People Operations/Human Resources.Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland employment legislation/compliance laws and market practices and favourably additional knowledge of other countries.Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and off‑boarding) and providing end‑to‑end HR solutions.Analytical and problem‑solving skills.High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills are a must.Excellent communication skills.Preferred QualificationsStrong knowledge of multiple legislations and market practices within the region.
