We are seekingan experienced Program Manager to lead a Project Management Office in the delivery of multiple initiatives. The Program Manager will lead the initiatives through procurement, proposal, due diligence, and implementation phases, and should have strong experience managing third-party & Vendor deliverables. The Program Manager should have experience implementing both Infrastructure, Applications, and organisational change initiatives This role reports to the European Technology Change Director. The ideal candidate will have: 15+ years experience in a project management role delivering infrastructure & application solutions. Experience in Procurement and Vendor selection processes Experience working across software delivery methodologies, specifically Agile. Experience in a fast-paced/agile environment Ability to manage complexity effectively and guide necessary resources to ensure correct focus. Effective management of third-party and vendor deliverables requires a highly collaborative and pragmatic. Experience managing a Program Management Office and project manager Be an effective communicator and influencer to engage and manage the necessary parties for a successful outcome. Experience preparing and managing program plans and multiple projects The project manager will be responsible for Preparing and managing program plans and multiple projects Leading the scoping, planning, and delivery activities working to an agile methodology. Manage the delivery of the activities according to scope, time, cost objective, and in line with corporate project standards. Working closely with the Vendor, managing vendor relationships, deliveries, and reporting. Manage key stakeholders. Management of the project within scope/time/quality/budget constraints Maintaining project plan, milestones, tasks, risks, issues, dependencies. Ensuring alignment of a single coordinated integrated plan with the business, internal IT, and external vendors Program reporting at the project and steering level, including status, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensuring the program is adequately resourced. Ensure relevant Program Approvals are met. Manage the project change control process.
