Job Summary
Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Academic Research Assistant
to support our university-level research initiatives.
This part-time role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals who are passionate about academic research and eager to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, literature review, and research documentation.
The selected candidate will work closely with senior researchers and academic faculty to assist in research projects, publications, and institutional studies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting qualitative and quantitative academic research.
Perform comprehensive literature reviews using academic databases and journals.
Collect, organize, and analyze research data from various sources.
Support the preparation of research papers, reports, presentations, and case studies.
Maintain accurate research documentation and data records.
Help in designing surveys, questionnaires, and research tools.
Proofread and edit academic content for clarity and accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams, faculty members, and external collaborators.
Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in research activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree (ongoing or completed) in Education, Social Sciences, Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of academic research methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with academic databases such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, or PubMed is an advantage.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience
Freshers, final-year students, or candidates with
0–2 years of experience
in academic or research roles are welcome.
Prior experience in research projects, internships, or academic writing will be considered an added advantage.
Working Hours
