This role sits within a fast paced digital function focused on optimising online journeys, improving platform performance, and ensuring smooth delivery of new product features.
You will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Delivery teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and drive value led outcomes.
Key Responsibilities * Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and documentation analysis, converting insights into user stories and acceptance criteria * Partner with Product Owners to deliver scalable digital solutions aligned to commercial and customer experience goals * Drive Agile practices, process improvements, and delivery efficiency across cross functional teams * Remove delivery impediments and maintain accurate reporting on status, progress, and productivity * Build and maintain strong knowledge of existing systems to inform future solution design * Support decision making through data, structured analysis, and challenge of assumptions Requirements * Minimum 3 years in Business Analysis within digital, eCommerce, or product delivery environments * Strong understanding of digital merchandising, SEO, CMS platforms, and design tooling such as Figma * Demonstrated knowledge of UX and UI principles and customer experience best practices * Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience * Advantageous to hold Agile certifications such as Product Ownership or Scrum Master What We Offer Competitive salary, pension, healthcare, bonus potential, 27 annual leave days plus bank holidays, optional leave purchase, commuter supports, onsite wellbeing facilities, and a collaborative digital culture focused on career growth.
