My Client, food production company, seek to hire a Quality Manager. This role is open to someone coming from a non-food manufacturing background. Responsibilities Make sure ensure quality management systems are implemented and maintained. Help the company keep its top food safety grade (BRC Grade AA+). Help run the HACCP food safety plan. Requirements Must Have: People Management Understand food safety rules (like HACCP) is a plus. Production Process knowledge Know food safety standards (like BRC) Be able to spot problems in quality and resolve Nice to Have: A diploma in science, engineering, or a similar subject.
