The Maintenance Manager role at our client’s company involves overseeing the maintenance of two premium properties in Dublin. These properties cater to high-end living accommodations for students and professionals.
This position requires managing all maintenance operations across two properties, ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
A key aspect of this job is leading a small team or contractors to deliver timely and efficient maintenance services. This includes implementing and monitoring maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and disruptions.
In addition to these tasks,
the incumbent will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining accurate records.
