Project Manager
Lead a team of skilled professionals to deliver construction projects from inception to completion. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires strong leadership and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Direct and manage project teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
* Site Operations: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring subcontractors work in alignment with the programme of works.
* Buildability: Identify buildability challenges and propose construction methods that offer cost or programme advantages.
* Reporting: Ensure accurate and transparent reporting and forecasting.
* Work Plans: Prepare and deliver Daily/Weekly/Monthly Work Plans to set out key project delivery parameters.
* Quality and Safety: Ensure project delivery to quality, programme, health & safety, and environmental standards.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with project subcontractors, design teams, and key stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Background in large scale mixed residential or commercial construction with 10+ years of experience.
* Excellent knowledge of latest construction methodologies, building regulation, and certification standards.
