About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Valuations Surveyor to join our dynamic real estate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate property valuations across a range of asset classes, supporting clients with market insights and compliance with professional standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct property valuations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets in line with RICS standards.Prepare detailed valuation reports for clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.Undertake market research and analyse comparable evidence to support valuations.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Irish property market trends and regulatory requirements.Assist senior surveyors with complex valuation projects and portfolio reviews.Ensure compliance with company policies and professional ethics.
QualificationsEducation: Degree in Real Estate, Property Economics, or a related discipline.Professional Qualification: Completed APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) Experience: 2–5 years in property valuation or related surveying roles.Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and report-writing skills.Proficiency in MS Office and valuation software tools.Full clean driving license.
