Our Client currently has a very exciting role to establish, lead and develop the organisation BIM strategy and BIM Management Office.
Review and develop BIM processes, protocols and standards in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 19650
Oversee Common Data Environment (CDE) implementation, training and rollout
Manage BIM coordination across multi-disciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors)
Conduct clash detection exercises and coordinate 3D/4D/5D modelling
Develop and maintain Revit templates and BIM content libraries
Support digital handover and asset information management
Manage BIM budgets, software licences and hardware requirements
Assist in preparation for NSAI ISO BIM Level 2 Certification
Recruit and lead future BIM support staff
7+ years construction project delivery experience (including digital handover)
5+ years in a BIM Manager or Coordinator role
Expert knowledge of Autodesk AEC Suite (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
Proficiency with CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, etc.)
Deep understanding of ISO 19650 standards
Proven track record in clash detection (3D, 4D, 5D)
Experience implementing BIM Strategy and managing BIM on large, complex projects
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Digital Asset Management knowledge
GIS and ESRI product familiarity
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Engineering
NFQ Level 8 qualification in BIM, Architecture, Engineering, Surveying or related discipline
NFQ Level 9 (Master's) in BIM Management
ISO 19650 BIM Certification from a recognised body
