Plumbing & Heating Supervisor

Duties And Responsibilities
* Supervise and support the Heating and Plumbing Sales team.
* Ensure customer enquiries are processed and followed up efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
* Coordinate with suppliers to manage product sourcing and deliveries.
* Work closely with External Sales Representatives to ensure accurate order processing.
* Foster long-term customer loyalty through relationship building.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Requirements
* Basic knowledge of heating and plumbing products.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems is an advantage.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent attention to detail.
