My client is seeking an experienced Private Equity Fund Accountant Manager to join their growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled colleagues within a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering services to some of the most prominent names in the Private Equity industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of supervisors and accounting specialists within the Private Equity accounting function.Provide mentoring, training, and professional development support to your team.Become a subject matter expert in client structures and private equity accounting processes.Oversee client deliverables and service level agreements, ensuring deadlines and standards are consistently met.Monitor key performance and risk indicators to drive best practice.Manage the preparation and review of reporting packs on a monthly and quarterly basis.Supervise client capital activities including calls, distributions, and transfers.Review and prepare management fee, waterfall, and carried interest calculations.Prepare financial statements for complex private equity structures.Engage in local and global initiatives and projects to enhance processes and efficiency.Build and maintain excellent client relationships through regular communication.Review legal documents such as partnership agreements and private placement memoranda to ensure compliance.Act as the main contact for both internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with onboarding teams to implement new fund structures into the accounting system.About YouA minimum of 8 years’ experience in fund administration, including at least 5 years within Private Equity.Experienced people manager with a supportive leadership styleA strong team player with excellent communication and written skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated client relationship management skills.Solid knowledge of financial services, products, and industry practices, with a keen interest in further development.Proficiency in fund accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (2.1 or above desirable).If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please contact Louise Delaney on 01 7267194 and click apply below.Quest is recognised as Best in Practice – Accounting & Finance in 2022, 2017, 2015, 2013 and 2012.
