We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our tribe based in TTM's Ennis HQ on a part-time basis. We are looking for an experienced professional who is a self-starter, ambitious and has experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
* Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
* Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
* Maintain office supplies and ensure front office materials are well-stocked
* Working hours - 9.00am-2.00pm Monday to Friday
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
