Additionally, the ability to drive and access to own transport are key requirements for this role.
About the Role:
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
- Ensure compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience within a Social Care Setting
- Professional degree (min level 7) in Social Care or relevant qualification
- Experience in managing residential services
- Level 6 management qualification
- Full driving license and access to own transport
- Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care
