Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on construction disputes, including adjudication, arbitration, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
* Working with developers, contractors, insurers, and public sector bodies on contentious matters.

Requirements:
* 0-4 years PQE with experience in contentious construction (some non-contentious experience is acceptable).

* Qualified solicitor in Ireland, England, or Wales.
