A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major landmark infrastructure project in Dublin.
This is a high-profile scheme that will be a standout addition to any Quantity Surveyors CV, offering long-term involvement and exposure to complex, technically challenging works.
This role would suit a QS with a strong civils background who is comfortable operating in a live project environment and contributing to the commercial success of a large-scale infrastructure build.
The Role Commercial management of a flagship infrastructure project from early stages through delivery Preparation of cost reports, valuations, variations and final accounts Subcontractor procurement, assessment and commercial administration Supporting the project team with contractual and commercial advice Monitoring cost control, forecasting and cashflow Working closely with senior commercial and site management teams Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of cost control, valuations and subcontract management Experience with standard forms of construction contracts Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work effectively within a large, multidisciplinary project team Whats on Offer €60,000 - €65,000 DOE.
