Credit Controller South Dublin | Hybrid | €40,000 - €45,000 About the Company We are partnering with a fast-growing, dynamic organisation based in South Dublin that is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their high-performing finance team. Key Details Location: South Dublin (Hybrid working available after probation) Position: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £40,000 £45,000 (Depending on Experience) Benefits: Hybrid working, study support, pension (post-probation), strong team culture Key Responsibilities Manage the full credit control process across both B2B and B2C ledgers Proactively monitor and reduce aged debt, ensuring timely collections Process cash allocations, direct debits, and online payment platforms (e.g., SEPA, GoCardless, Stripe) Investigate and resolve payment issues, including bounced payments and customer queries Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies promptly Maintain regular communication with an outsourced credit management partner Develop and track key credit control KPIs, providing regular reporting to management Play an active role in process improvement initiatives to streamline credit and collections processes What Were Looking For Minimum 3 years of credit control experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment Strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships across internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of accounts whilst meeting KPI targets Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and reconciliations Solutions-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage deadlines effectively Whats on Offer Hybrid working model (post-probation) Study support for further professional development Company pension (post-probation) Collaborative and supportive finance team culture Real opportunity to contribute to the growth and optimisation of the credit function Apply Now If youre a results-driven Credit Controller looking to step into a role where you can truly make an impact, apply today to join this thriving organisation.
