In this role, youll lead the creation and delivery of a cutting-edge digital marketing strategy - managing multiple websites, paid/owned/earned content, plus social media management.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following: Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning: Lead the development of an integrated digital marketing strategy, collaborating with the Communications & Engagement team and relevant project leads to understand requirements and priorities.
Ensure high-impact campaigns are effectively supported and optimised for maximum reach and engagement.
Define and agree on clear KPIs for strategies and campaigns, including follower growth, reach, and engagement rate.
Leverage data, insights, and emerging trends to inform decision-making and identify opportunities to enhance digital channel performance.
Monitor and report on the latest developments in digital marketing and competitor activity, ensuring the company remains ahead of industry trends.
Explore innovative technologies and applications to expand the companys online presence and improve audience engagement.
Social Media: Manage the companys corporate social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
Develop engaging digital content aligned with campaign plans and brand guidelines.
Maintain a comprehensive social media calendar to provide a holistic view of activity across all platforms.
Oversee timely publishing of posts and manage online community interactions.
Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing regular updates and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Internal Communications to maximise messaging on the intranet.
Ensure compliance with the Official Languages Act (OLA) by publishing a minimum of 20% of posts in Irish.
Website Management: Develop full content inventory for websites and maintain as changes are made.
Manage the corporate website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for user experience, SEO, and accessibility.
Develop and manage microsites for Renewable Energy projects, collaborating with project teams to ensure content meets requirements and adheres to Government Code of Practice for Wind Energy Development and RESS Best Practice Guidelines.
Support Project Managers with SharePoint file management as required.
Create support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications, and proactively address potential issues.
Lead the development and management of new websites for various functions (e.g., Lough Boora Discovery Park, Oweninny).
Digital Advertising: Collaborate with the Strategic Brand Communications Manager to propose and implement digital advertising plans that support key campaigns.
Execute approved plans within agreed timelines and budgets, amplifying messages through paid social media campaigns (e.g., recruitment ads).
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships across multiple functions to manage digital expectations and deliver best-in-class solutions.
Engage with online influencers and industry thought leaders aligned with priority stakeholder groups.
Manage external agencies to ensure high-quality creative, media buying, and digital support.
Measurement & Analytics: Monitor and report on KPI performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Track social media and website activity, making data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness and protect company reputation.
Utilise social listening tools to monitor brand-related conversations and establish processes for timely internal updates.

What we're looking for: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge, and attributes: Level 8 Degree in Business, Digital Marketing or other related discipline.
3-5 years of industry experience.
Experience working with paid adverts on social media platforms and running analytics reports.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience using the Adobe suite, Canva, Hootesuite and other social media listening tools is an advantage.
Experience in the renewable energy, utilities, engineering, or infrastructure sector desirable.
