part-qualified and fully qualified level

The Ideal Candidate
* ACA / ACCA / CPA
part-qualified or fully qualified
* Minimum 18 months' experience in an Irish accounting practice
(experience must be within the last 12 months)
* Strong knowledge of
Irish compliance, tax, and accounting standards
* Confident communicator with a
client-focused mindset
* Experience using
Xero, Sage, Relate, or similar accounting software
* Comfortable working in a
fast-paced public practice environment
The Role – Practice Accountant
Responsibilities will vary by firm and may include:
* Managing a
portfolio of SME clients
across multiple sectors
* Preparation and review of
statutory and management accounts
* Corporation tax, income tax & VAT compliance
* Providing
client advisory support
and building long-term relationships
* Liaising with
Revenue and external stakeholders
* Reviewing work and supporting
junior team members
