The Role:
* Advising clients on real estate acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
* Drafting and negotiating property and construction contracts.
* Supporting clients in planning, financing, and regulatory compliance matters.
* Handling litigation and dispute resolution related to real estate and construction projects.
* Collaborating with internal teams across the firm's international offices.
The Person:
* Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in real estate and/or construction law.
* Strong experience in commercial property transactions, development, and construction law.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-calibre legal environment.
* Excellent client management, negotiation, and drafting skills.
