About Your New Job
As a Process Technician, you will play a key role in the day-to-day production of yoghurt and butter products, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
In this role, you will:
Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment including pasteurisation, homogenisation, fermentation, and filling systems
Control critical production parameters such as temperature, timing, and ingredient ratios to achieve consistent product quality
Perform quality checks (pH, temperature, viscosity, appearance) and ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP standards
Carry out CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures and maintain hygiene across production areas
Operate butter churning and packing equipment
Record production data accurately and report any faults or deviations
Support light maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement across the production process
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility for product quality and process performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What Skills You Need
Experience in dairy or food production/manufacturing
Understanding of processing operations such as pasteurisation and fermentation
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
Ability to work with PLC-controlled equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
