Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
2. Ensuring compliance with building regulations, ventilation standards, and tenancy regulations.
3. Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
4. Conducting site inspections and quality control checks.
5. Utilising your expertise in Microsoft Excel for project tracking and reporting.
What You'll Need to SucceedTo excel in this role, you will need:
6. 3–5 years of experience with a strong understanding of specifications in social housing.
7. Proven experience as a quantity surveyor or building surveyor.
8. Extensive project management experience.
9. In-depth knowledge of building regulations, ventilation standards, and tenancy regulations.
10. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
11. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
12. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Practical experience in construction, including knowledge of guttering, ventilation systems, and general construction practices.
14. Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.
15. Willingness to travel to various sites across Leinster and surrounding areas, including Carlow, Cavan, and Dublin.
16. Flexibility to work from home when not on-site.
