Corporate Fund Services Training Programme

Albany Beck are hiring for passionate individuals to join the Fund Services Programme to develop the skills that can lead to a variety of roles within Financial Services. With an introduction to financial services through to learning and practical application of the fund sector this programme sets you up for success in the next stage of your career.

What to expect on the Albany Beck Programme

* A one week training course on core principles of Corporate Fund Services.
* Theory and Practical based learning on but not limited to, Trade Capture, Collateral Management, Custody Services, Transfer Agency and ESG.
* Understanding of financial services industry and end to end Fund Administration.
* Communication skills and relationship management workshops, interview preparation, career coaching, and time management and organisation principles and tools.
* Deployment to a mainstream firm upon completion, allowing you to grow and develop your learning across a broad range of options with the financial services industry.
* An Engagement Manager will be assigned to you before your first day who will support you throughout your placement whilst keeping your progression on track, answering any questions about the project and providing upskilling support as required.
* A great social environment where you are surrounded by likeminded consultants, you can expect various social events arranged by your Engagement Manager with not just your team but other Pioneers too.
