Service Delivery Manager Job Description
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of B2B broadband and VOIP installations. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the installation process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, configuring routers and cloud PBX systems to meet client needs, managing client relationships to foster strong partnerships, and attending meetings as required.
