Position Summary
The firm is seeking a highly capable and motivated executive to provide comprehensive support to the Founder across all aspects of the business. Responsibilities
* Provide professional operational support to the Founder, including research, report writing, candidate screening, interviews, and diary management.
* Prepare high-quality client presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
* Support business development activities through research, preparation of briefing materials, and client communications.
* Assist in managing executive search assignments and strategic advisory projects.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring workflow efficiency and data integrity.
* Liaise confidently and professionally with clients, candidates, and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to the development of operational systems, processes, and resources as the firm grows.

Remuneration:
